Important changes at Pet Doctors Shirley

Since the COVID-19 lockdown, our sister practice – Brook House Veterinary Centre –  has continued to provide a veterinary service for your pets, whilst we closed the doors at Shirley.

This has worked well and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close Pet Doctors Shirley as at 31st July 2020.

What this means for our clients

We are pleased to confirm that pets’ clinical histories are still held within a secure database at our Brook House Veterinary Centre, which is under 2 miles from Pet Doctors Shirley.  This enables us to continue to give care to your pet, without interruptions or delay.

Pet Doctors and Brook House Veterinary Centre have a long tradition of working together and many clients will have already visited Brook House for daytime appointments since we merged our opening hours back in September last year and since lockdown.

Brook House offers superior facilities and as the same team works at both practices, clients will still see a familiar face.  Visit the Brook House website for more information (LINK)

Healthy Pet Club

Memberships of The Healthy Pet Club will automatically transfer to Brook House Veterinary Centre together with account details.  Members can continue to enjoy their usual discounts and savings.

Please note: there will be a change in the Healthy Pet Club reference number, which will show as different on bank statements for the monthly direct debit.  If you have any concerns regarding your membership, please contact hpc@cvsvets.com.
