Important changes at Pet Doctors Tongham

We wish to inform you of some important changes taking place at the Pet Doctors Tongham branch.

In late October/early November we will be relocating our Tongham branch to Normandy, our site in Tongham will be closed permanently after this date.

Our new address will be:

Pet Doctors Tongham, Units 1 & 2, Dracott Park, School Lane, Normandy, Guildford GU3 2HS

 What this means for you

We appreciate that this will be a big change for many of you, however this is a really exciting relocation, meaning we can offer better facilities to you and your pet. Your pet’s clinical history is still held within a secure database accessible at both the new site in Normandy and also Godalming. This enables us to continue to give care to your pet, without interruptions or delay.

Healthy Pet Club

Your membership of The Healthy Pet Club is held within our secure database and your account details will be accessible by both the Godalming and Normandy sites.  You can continue to enjoy your usual discounts and savings.

Please note: there will be a change in your Healthy Pet Club reference number, which will show as different on your bank statement for the monthly direct debit.  If you have any concerns regarding your membership, please contact hpc@cvsvets.com.
