Invitation to our Tongham Surgery Open Day in September
We do hope you can join us on our Open Day on Saturday 30th September 2023 from 10.00am – 3.00pm.
There will be plenty to do!
- Take a tour of our practice and see behind the scenes
- Meet the team
- Dress up as a Vet/Nurse – station for children
- Have a go at using the ultrasound machine
- Bring your teddy to bandage
- Face painting
- Hogans Hobbies pet accessorises stall
Just for fun:
- Guess the X-Ray (images pinned up of animals and body parts for people to guess)
- Guess the breed
- Put the body part in the right place
- Pin the tail on the dog
- Plenty of displays and demos
This is a great opportunity to take a tour behind the scenes – our prep area and operating theatres, the separate dog and cat wards for our inpatients and of course, our lovely reception and waiting area. Find out what really happens during a day-in-the-life of a practice, and ask everything you have always wanted to know about a veterinary surgery.
There will be displays demonstrating the work we do when caring for your pets and you can meet our super team who will be on hand to show you around and answer your questions.
They will be providing a host of information for pet owners and our veterinary nurses will teach children how to bandage their teddy bear’s paw!
There will be light refreshments available too!
