Permanent closure of Pet Doctors Shalford

Pet Doctors Shalford has been temporarily closed for some time.

Despite our best efforts to recruit the right people to expand our teams and meet the growing demand for veterinary services, we have come to the difficult decision that it will no longer be possible to re-open Shalford.

What this means for our clients

We appreciate that many will be disappointed after many years of service at this branch.

However, we are pleased to confirm that all Shalford clients’ accounts together with their pets’ histories are held within a secure database at Pet Doctors Godalming.  This enables us to continue to give care to our patients, without interruptions or delay.

Many will have already visited Godalming since Shalford has been closed.  Our fantastic team of vets, nurses and support colleagues at Godalming will continue to care for our Shalford patients. Godalming is larger than Shalford, has two consulting rooms and offers a range of services and facilities including ultrasound scanning. Godalming also has ample parking.

Healthy Pet Club

Membership of The Healthy Pet Club is held within our secure database and account details will be accessible by our team in Godalming.  Shalford clients can continue to enjoy their usual discounts and savings.

 Please note: for those who haven’t already permanently transferred to Godalming, there will be a change in their Healthy Pet Club reference number, which will be referenced differently on bank statements for the monthly direct debit.  Any concerns regarding membership, please contact hpc@cvsvets.com.

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm and open Saturdays from 8.30am – 4pm

Out of Hours

This change will not affect our Out of Hours, emergency service at MiNightVet Woking

We are very sorry that we can no longer offer veterinary services in Shalford but hope our Shalford clients will continue to use our services in Godalming.

For those unable to attend Godalming, and who need to register with another practice then please contact us to request a transfer of your pet’s patient history after you have registered with your new vet.
