We are excited to confirm that we will be open for business at our new practice site on Wednesday 18th January 2023 from 8.30am.
Just to confirm, our new address is: Pet Doctors Tongham, Units 1 & 2, Dracott Park, School Lane, Normandy, Guildford GU3 2HS.
Important Information About our Move
We are now busy packing boxes, and will start to book routine appointments at our new site.
We will be closing the doors at Manor Road for the final time on Saturday 14th January. This means that we will be closed from Monday 16th January to allow us to move everything over to the new site at Normandy.
On 16th & 17th January, our colleagues at Pet Doctors Godalming will be available to see urgent and emergency cases whilst we are closed. This is to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to our clients and patients, who are always our main priority.

Out of Hours Emergency Services
We are pleased to confirm that there is no change to our current provider for this service – MiNightVet Woking.
Our larger practice offers a range of facilities in a modern environment whilst maintaining a warm and friendly feel. In a fantastic location, which is easily accessible, the site also has on-site parking and disabled access.
The site will enable us to grow the practice to include:
- Three consulting rooms – allow a greater availability of appointments
- a spacious operating theatre with the latest veterinary equipment
- spacious reception area with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs
- separate dog and cat hospital wards – keeping stress to a minimum for your pets
- a separate dental suite
- in-house laboratory and digital x-ray facilities
New-look practice – Same friendly team!
Despite our modern new look, we assure you that the same familiar, warm and friendly faces you know so well – as well as amazing new additions to the team – will still be inside to greet you and your pets.
If you are concerned about the health of your pet, please continue to call us on: 01252 324044 to book an appointment before attending the practice. This includes for the collection of flea and worming treatment, other medication and food.
Due to the postal strikes, we have done our best to try and notify everyone by email or post prior to our move date but our sincere apologies to any postal clients who receive their letter after we have moved.
We look forward to seeing our first appointments at our new site in Normandy from Wednesday 18th January at 8.30am.
