Lucy joined the team in 2021 as a full time receptionist but had a desire to become a patient care assistant to be more hands on with the animals, luckily a position became available so Lucy was able to start her new path with us.

Prior to joining the team, Lucy studied dance and enjoys long woodland walks, gardening and travelling.
